Max Unger, CPA

Max founded Structure P.C. to help business owners, investors, families, and their advisors navigate complex tax and transaction decisions.
Before founding the firm, he served as Senior Vice President – Director of U.S. Tax & Investments at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, formerly Westfield. His work spanned institutional transactions, joint ventures, portfolio restructurings, due diligence, negotiations, and strategic planning.
He holds a master’s degree in business taxation from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
Separately, Max serves as a Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. Brokerage work is conducted through the brokerage under a separate engagement.
